RETREAT (Risk Estimation of Tumor Recurrence After Transplant) - The objective of this study is to prospectively validate the RETREAT score and also assess cost-effectiveness and implementation of post-transplant HCC recurrence surveillance

Functional Assessment in Liver Transplantation - Funded by the NIA, the objective of this study is to understand the role of frailty in patients with cirrhosis on outcomes both before and after liver transplantation.

National Safety Quality Improvement Program (NSQIP) Transplant - UCSF is a participating center of this quality improvement initiative which examines surgical outcomes in transplant recipients.  This initiative is co-sponsored by the American College of Surgeons and American Society of Transplant Surgeons and >30 transplant centers are actively participating.

Nodular regeneration after liver transplant - This is a cohort of individuals with this rare diagnosis following liver transplantation.
